Despite this impressive success, everything changed on a life-changing mission trip to Northern Ireland. Minka discovered something that had become rare: genuine community. Families sharing not just afternoon tea, but their entire lives together across generations. This experience would reshape her entire approach to development.
The Realization
After developing over $100M in successful projects, she created a new team and we discovered what was missing. She had been building financially successful developments, but they lacked the authentic connection that creates true community. Technical excellence without relational depth felt hollow.

As Developer & CEO/President of Accord Development since May 2024, Minka leads the strategic vision for sustainable community development, overseeing projects from conception through completion. Her current flagship project, Kehila at Florissant, represents a groundbreaking 290-acre sustainable community development integrating greenhouse living and regenerative agriculture, with a total investment of $34.57M and projected gross sales revenue of $35.47M.
Prior to founding Accord Development, Minka served as Land Developer at ARC Investing from 2015-2024, where she led multiple successful land development projects across Central Texas. Notable developments include Bertram Creekside Estates (291 acres), Coupland Ranchettes (139 acres), and numerous other residential lot developments ranging from 43 to 139 acres each.
Her earlier career (2006-2015) as Lead Developer in the Austin & San Antonio Metro Areas showcased her versatility across project types, including major commercial developments such as the Bagdad Retail Center (100,000 SF retail plus 8 pad sites) and Cypress Creek Medical Center (32,000 SF retail/office space), alongside luxury residential projects like the Orsay Condos (100,000 SF luxury condos).
