The Awakening

Despite this impressive success, everything changed on a life-changing mission trip to Northern Ireland. Minka discovered something that had become rare: genuine community. Families sharing not just afternoon tea, but their entire lives together across generations. This experience would reshape her entire approach to development.

The Realization

After developing over $100M in successful projects, she created a new team and we discovered what was missing. She had been building financially successful developments, but they lacked the authentic connection that creates true community. Technical excellence without relational depth felt hollow.
